Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

By booking a tour through our website or authorised platforms (such as Eventbrite), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.

Tour Confirmation

Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the meeting point, time, and tour information.

Reschedule Policy

  • —Each booking may be rescheduled once only, subject to availability.
  • —Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the original tour date.
  • —The new tour date must fall within 30 days of the original booking date.
  • —If you have already rescheduled once, no further changes can be made. Please contact us at hello@taste-london.com for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

  • —Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.
  • —Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. You may, however, request a reschedule (subject to the Reschedule Policy above).
  • —If the tour operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, etc.), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

Tours start on time. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for late arrivals and refunds cannot be provided if the tour has already started.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Guests are responsible for informing the guide of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the tour. While we try to accommodate preferences where possible, we cannot guarantee all dietary requirements can be met.

Liability

Participants join the tour at their own risk. We are not responsible for:

  • —personal injury
  • —lost or stolen belongings
  • —issues caused by third-party vendors

Weather

Tours run in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately.

Photography & Video

During the tour, the guide may take photographs or short videos of the experience for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photos or videos taken during the experience.

If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the guide at the start of the tour and we will respect your request.

All images and videos remain the property of the tour operator.
